DROP-IN CLASSES
BOSU: Build your core, strength, agility and balance. Reshape your body with challenging exercise progressions that will enhance your flexibility and give you a total body workout. This class includes aerobic and strength training routines, stretching and flexibility exercises and balance training.
CORE/ABS: The core connects the upper body and lower body and is often referred to as the power center. Core conditioning is the most effective route to improving core stabilization and neutral spinal posture. Our exercises are effective for strengthening and firming your abdominal muscles and building core stability.
SPINNNING: Each SPIN Class is uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals. You will experience a calorie-burning, energizing workout which will challenge you every step of the way!
SIGN-UP CLASSES
URBAN ASSAULT BOOT CAMP: No matter what your current fitness level, Urban Assault Boot Camp will take you to a higher state of fitness, far beyond what you could achieve on your own. True Para-military circuit training style, this program will accelerate your fitness goals, burn calories; improve your speed and agility. Fun and challenging equipment used: logs, tires, weighted sticks, sand bags and more. All outdoor activities, but held inside a temperature controlled facility (The Adidas Sportsplex). Your entire mind & body will get a workout. Get healthy, fit and lean - it's life changing! *Minimum of 10 Participants
